• Dr. Clearfield attended the Sports Medicine Ultrasound Group (SMUG) MSK US Event to better hone his skills in performing diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasonography and neurosonography.
• Dr. Clearfield participated in the UNTHSC Alumni Roundtable Panel as both an alumnus of the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine (TCOM) and the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences (GSBS).

• Dr. Clearfield served as the Team Physician for USA Wrestling and Jessica Fields served as the Head ATC for USA Wrestling at the Bout at the Ballpark at Globe Life Field in Arlington, TX.
• Dr. Clearfield was selected to serve as the Team Physician for USA Wrestling at the Rankings Tournament in Tunisia, Africa in July 2022.
• Dr. Clearfield gave a lecture on his Medical Journey to Becoming an Olympic Team Physician to the Medically-Dedicated Student Organization Student Organization at UNT Denton.
